Free Shipping Thresholds
United States
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over 100 USD (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Your order will ship from our U.S. facility and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once it’s on its way.
Australia
Enjoy free shipping on Australian orders over 200 AUD. Orders ship from our Brookvale, NSW location, with tracking details sent to you as soon as your package departs.
EU
Enjoy free shipping on EU orders over €150. Orders ship from our Netherlands location, with tracking details sent to you as soon as your package departs.
UK
Enjoy free shipping on UK orders over £75. Orders ship from our Coalsville location, with tracking details sent to you as soon as your package departs.
International
We provide free international shipping on orders over 400 USD (excluding select countries in Africa). Thresholds in your local currency, such as CAD, JPY, SGD, etc display dynamically in the announcement bar, and you’ll get tracking info once your order ships.
Order Processing:
All orders ship out of the USA, UK, Australia & Netherlands. Please allow 1-2 business days for your items to ship out (up to 4-5 business days during sale periods). You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with tracking as soon as your package goes out.
Prints are made to order and shipped directly from our print studio in the US to wherever you are in the world. They will arrive in a separate shipment from other items in your order, even if added to the same cart.
Framed woven blankets are made to order and shipped directly from our framers in countries where this is made available. They will arrive in a separate shipment from other items in your order, even if added to the same cart.
International Customs & Duties:
All orders being shipped to addresses outside of the U.S., UK, Australia & EU (including those that qualify for free shipping) may be subject to customs and duties. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges. Make sure you check out our full guide on international customs & duties.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
Change of mind returns, exchanges and refunds do not apply to print, framed and all made-to-order products.
For all other products, please email orders@slowdownstudio.com to initiate a return.

All items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging & tags attached. Should the products be missing their packaging & hang tags, we will not be able to offer you a full refund.

Products must arrive back to us undamaged, in sellable condition.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will need to cover the shipping costs for all change of mind returns and exchanges.

If items if they are defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange or refund and cover the associated shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected (takes up to 2-3 weeks), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds will not include the initial shipping cost incurred as well as any taxes and duties incurred on the return trip to us.
EU customers: in addition to the above, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Please see the EU Right of Withdrawal section below.
Print, Framed & Made-to-order Products Refund Policy
Change-of-mind returns, exchanges and refunds are not applicable for print, framed & made-to-order products, including for incorrect size or design selection made at checkout. Due to the bespoke nature of these products and the significant cost involved in shipping large-format artwork, all made-to-order products are final sale, unless the product arrives damaged or faulty. This does not affect your right to a remedy where something has genuinely gone wrong with your order.
What is covered:

The item arrives damaged or defective

The item is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g. wrong design or size shipped due to our error). Please note that as a printed product, minor variation in colour and print placement between what's shown on screen and the finished item is a natural part of the print process and is not considered a defect.
Email us at orders@slowdownstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos or video of the damage and original packaging
We'll assess each case individually and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit where appropriate. Please note that claims made outside the 48-hour window cannot be accepted, as damage may be attributed to handling after delivery. Frames must be inspected upon arrival, before mounting or installation. Where a claim is approved, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.
EU/UK customers: under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), goods made to a consumer's specifications or produced to order are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. This section does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
Australian customers: nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day returns policy above.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, visit the Withdraw Order page or use the withdrawal function available in the footer of every page on our website. You do not need to be logged in. The process takes two steps: enter your name and order reference, then confirm your withdrawal. You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after submitting.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return shipment. Please note the following exceptions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Print & framed products, as these are bespoke/made-to-order items (exempt under EU consumer law)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging
Return shipping for withdrawal requests is at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or significantly different from what was displayed on the website. Please use the relevant return address for your region listed above.
