Refund policy

Returns:

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, at your own shipping expense. All items must be in their original condition, packaging, and arrive back to us undamaged. Please email orders@slowdownstudio.com to initiate a return.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email we will organize a replacement for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Slowdown Studio Returns:

  1. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase,
  2. At your own shipping expense unless a product is faulty or has significant deviation form what is displayed in the website.
  3. Refunds do not include the initial shipping cost incurred as well as any taxes and duties incurred on the return trip to us. 
  4. All items must be in their original condition, packaging, and arrive back to us undamaged.
