Refund policy

Returns:

Change of mind returns do not apply to framed products.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, at your own shipping expense. All items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging & tags attached. They must arrive back to us undamaged. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please email orders@slowdownstudio.com to initiate a return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email we will organize a replacement for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Slowdown Studio Returns:

  1. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase,
  2. At your own shipping expense unless a product is faulty or has significant deviation form what is displayed in the website.
  3. Refunds do not include the initial shipping cost incurred as well as any taxes and duties incurred on the return trip to us. 
  4. All items must be in their original condition, packaging, with tags attached and arrive back to us undamaged.

Framed Products Return & Damage Policy

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on frame orders. Due to the bespoke nature of our frames and the significant cost involved in shipping large-format artwork, all frame orders are final sale, unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.

We take great care in packaging our frames for transit. If yours arrives in a condition that isn't perfect, we want to make it right. Email us at orders@slowdownstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the damage
    • Clear photos or video of the damage and original packaging
We'll assess each case individually and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit where appropriate. Please note that claims made outside the 48-hour window cannot be accepted, as damage may be attributed to handling after delivery. Frames must be inspected upon arrival, before mounting or installation.
