The Snake Eyes Mini Blanket was designed by Luke John Matthew Arnold, a Sydney-based artist whose bold, pop-coloured work is loved by many. 

A vivid green snake coils across warm cream in lazy S-curves, its entire body covered in unblinking blue eyes, tail tipped in gold. Simple, striking, and full of character.

Every Slowdown Studio blanket starts as an original artwork. We collaborate with independent artists around the world to translate their creativity into woven form. The Snake Eyes Mini Blanket is created in the USA from a recycled cotton blend. These blankets are super soft and won't pill or bleed, so your little ones can enjoy them for years to come. About the Artist

During university, Luke delved into social stereotypes, masculinity, and sexuality through jewelry, textile sculptures, and book art. His style is bold, pop-coloured, and sometimes features political illustrations. Gaining traction on Instagram, Luke contributed to the Australian Marriage Equality campaign.
