Care Instructions

To keep your carafe looking fresh for years to come, we recommend gently hand washing with a soft bristle brush. Avoid strong alkali soaps.

Take care not to knock the glass against hard surfaces. (She's sturdy, but still glass!)

Not suitable for stovetop or microwave use.

Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. This will be at your own shipping expense, unless the product is faulty. Returns must be in their original, packaged condition and arrive back to us undamaged. Email us at orders@slowdownstudio.com to initiate a return.
