We offer free shipping within the U.S (excluding Alaska, Hawaii) for orders over 100 USD, and free international shipping for orders over 400 USD (excluding select countries in Africa). The free international shipping threshold in specific currencies (GBP, EUR, CAD, JPY, AUD) will show up in the announcement bar at the top of the page. 

Order Processing: All orders ship out of the USA. Please allow 1-2 business days for your items to ship out (up to 4-5 business days during sale periods). You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with tracking as soon as your package goes out.

Returns: All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, at your own shipping expense unless a product is faulty or has significant deviation form what is displayed in the website, Slowdown Studio will cover the cost of the return and supply the customer with a prepaid return label. All items must be in their original condition, packaging, and arrive back to us undamaged. Please email orders@slowdownstudio.com to initiate a return.
